A simple pentagram is set against a wreath-like border of Celtic triquetra knots in this handsome Celtic-inspired pendant.
The triquetras are cleverly arranged in an alternating pattern and always radiating out from the center; it's done in a way that makes sense geometrically, yet it has the effect of making the pendant look very floral and organic.
There's also a nice contrast between the smooth flat straight lines of the pentagram and the rich curvy texture of the triquetra pattern. The cut-out technique really emphasizes the contrast.
